Welcome to INNOAYURVED (“Inno Ayurved”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Brand”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, product listings, services, communications and purchases made through our website.
Business details
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and applicable product-specific instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer right or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
2.1. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order independently.
2.2. Persons who have not attained the age of majority may use the website only under the supervision and with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, where legally permitted.
2.3. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and current and that you are legally entitled to complete the transaction.
2.4. We reserve the right to request reasonable verification of order details where necessary to prevent fraud, comply with applicable law or protect the legitimate interests of customers and the business.
2.5. We may refuse, cancel or suspend transactions where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised payment, abuse of promotional offers or a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations.
3.1. Inno Ayurved offers products through its online store. The nature, classification and regulatory requirements of each product depend on its actual composition, intended use, labelling and applicable law.
3.2. Products may include cosmetics, personal-care products, herbal products or Ayurvedic products, depending on the products actually offered on the website.
3.3. A product described as Ayurvedic, herbal or natural is not automatically an Ayurvedic medicine or a product approved to treat a disease. The legal classification of each product must be determined according to its actual characteristics and applicable regulations.
3.4. Product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use, warnings, net quantity, manufacturer or marketer details and other mandatory information shall be provided as applicable to the relevant product.
3.5. We will not knowingly market products using false, misleading or legally prohibited claims. Product claims must be consistent with applicable law and supported by appropriate evidence where required.
3.6. Nothing on our website should be interpreted as a promise that a product will produce identical results for every user.
4.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredient information, usage instructions and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
4.2. Product photographs and digital representations are illustrative. Minor variations in colour, packaging, screen appearance or presentation may occur, provided that the product supplied is not materially misrepresented.
4.3. Packaging, product presentation or labelling may change due to lawful updates, supplier changes or regulatory requirements. Any material product change will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant disclosure obligations.
4.4. Customers should read the actual product label, ingredient list, directions, warnings, batch information and expiry or use-before information supplied with the product before use.
4.5. If a product listing contains a material error or an important omission, please contact us before using the product. Nothing in this clause limits a customer’s statutory rights in relation to misleading information, defective goods or a product that differs materially from its description.
5.1. Product prices will be displayed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise expressly stated.
5.2. Applicable taxes and other mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by law. Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
5.3. We reserve the right to update product prices, offers and promotional terms prospectively. A price change will not, by itself, alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted, except where a lawful correction, cancellation or other permitted process applies.
5.4. Online payment is required. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless we expressly introduce it in the future and update the relevant website disclosures.
5.5. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or other authorised payment service providers. Their processing is subject to the applicable payment-provider terms and security procedures.
5.6. We do not intend to collect or store complete card credentials, payment PINs or banking passwords directly through ordinary customer-support communications. Customers must never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or passwords with anyone claiming to represent Inno Ayurved.
5.7. An order is not necessarily confirmed merely because a payment authorisation or payment initiation message appears. Order acceptance is governed by Section 6.
5.8. If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the order reference and relevant transaction details. We will investigate and process any refund that is due in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.
5.9. We will not knowingly charge a customer for an order that has been cancelled without disclosing and following the applicable refund procedure.
6.1. Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product or products under the terms displayed at checkout.
6.2. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order request but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
6.3. An order may be accepted through an order-confirmation communication or by dispatch, as applicable to the checkout process.
6.4. We may contact the customer to clarify delivery details, payment status, product availability or other information reasonably necessary to process the order.
6.5. We may decline or cancel an order, subject to applicable law, where:
a. a product is unavailable;
b. a material pricing, listing or technical error has occurred;
c. payment has failed or is reasonably suspected to be unauthorised;
d. the delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside the serviceable area;
e. a product cannot lawfully be supplied to the customer;
f. the transaction reasonably appears to involve fraud, abuse or unlawful activity; or
g. another legally permissible reason prevents fulfilment.
6.6. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy. We will communicate material cancellations to the customer using the available contact details.
6.7. We will not use this clause as a blanket right to cancel confirmed orders arbitrarily or to avoid our legal obligations.
7.1. We currently intend to ship orders to serviceable addresses within India only.
7.2. Estimated delivery timelines and applicable shipping charges will be disclosed on the website or during checkout, as applicable.
7.3. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays may arise from courier operations, weather, transport disruptions, public emergencies, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.4. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name, PIN code and a working contact number.
7.5. Customers should promptly notify us of any material delivery-address error. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
7.6. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability or other circumstances attributable to the customer, we may coordinate redelivery or return-to-origin arrangements. Any additional charges or deductions must be lawful, reasonable, disclosed where required and consistent with our Shipping and Refund Policies.
7.7. Customers should inspect delivered packages for visible damage, leakage, tampering or incorrect products and report any issue promptly. Failure to report an issue immediately will not automatically extinguish any statutory right.
7.8. Responsibility for delivery, loss, damage and refunds will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. We will not use the courier’s involvement as a blanket exemption from responsibility for orders we are legally required to fulfil.
8.1. Customers must read and follow the product’s label, directions, warnings, storage instructions and other safety information before use.
8.2. Customers should review the ingredient list and avoid products containing ingredients to which they know they are allergic or sensitive.
8.3. Where appropriate for the particular product, customers should conduct a patch test in accordance with the product instructions before regular use. A patch test cannot guarantee that an allergic or adverse reaction will not occur.
8.4. Customers should discontinue use if they experience irritation, a suspected allergic reaction or another unexpected adverse effect. Seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or concerning.
8.5. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a product where they have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are using medication or have another circumstance requiring professional advice.
8.6. Unless the product is expressly intended and lawfully authorised for the relevant use, customers must not ingest it, apply it to the eyes or mucous membranes, use it on broken skin or use it for a purpose contrary to its label.
8.7. Products must be stored and used according to the instructions supplied. Customers should keep products away from children where appropriate and must not use expired products or products that appear contaminated, altered or tampered with.
8.8. Customers must not modify, dilute, mix or combine products in a manner contrary to the instructions or use products for unauthorised purposes.
8.9. We cannot guarantee a particular cosmetic outcome, such as a specific rate of improvement in skin appearance, hair appearance or another personal-care result, unless a specific representation is lawfully made and supported.
8.10. These provisions are intended to communicate reasonable product-safety responsibilities. They do not excuse Inno Ayurved from obligations relating to product safety, quality, labelling, manufacturing, disclosure or other duties imposed by law.
9.1. Cosmetic and personal-care outcomes can vary between individuals because of factors such as skin type, hair type, existing sensitivities, frequency of use, environmental conditions and individual response.
9.2. Unless expressly and lawfully stated for a particular product, we do not promise identical results, a guaranteed time frame for results or a particular aesthetic outcome for every customer.
9.3. Customer testimonials, reviews, photographs and illustrative examples must not be interpreted as a guarantee that another customer will obtain the same result.
9.4. This section does not authorise false or misleading advertising and does not limit remedies available to a customer where a product is defective, unsafe, misrepresented or otherwise fails to comply with applicable law.
10.1. Website content is provided for general product-information and educational purposes, except where a particular service is expressly offered otherwise.
10.2. Unless expressly authorised and supported by applicable law, our cosmetic products are not represented as substitutes for diagnosis, medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.
10.3. Traditional, herbal or Ayurvedic terminology must not be interpreted as a representation that a cosmetic product can diagnose, prevent, treat or cure a disease.
10.4. Any medicinal or therapeutic claim will be made only where permitted for the relevant product category and supported by the required authorisations and substantiation.
10.5. Customers should not discontinue prescribed treatment or delay seeking professional care because of website content, product descriptions, promotional material or testimonials.
10.6. No general disclaimer in this section overrides mandatory product-specific warnings, legally required disclosures or obligations applicable to an authorised medicinal product.
11.1. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Return & Exchange Policy form part of these Terms and must be made available to customers before purchase where required.
11.2. Because certain cosmetics and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, we may restrict ordinary change-of-mind returns of opened or used products where that restriction is lawful, reasonable and clearly disclosed.
11.3. This restriction does not automatically apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, expired, unsafe or materially misdescribed products, or any other circumstances in which a remedy is required by law.
11.4. Customers should report damaged, leaking, incorrect or defective products promptly and provide reasonable supporting information, such as the order number, photographs of the package and product, batch details and a description of the issue.
11.5. We may reasonably request information needed to verify a claim, investigate a quality concern or arrange a return. Such requests must not be used to create unreasonable barriers to a valid claim.
11.6. Refunds, where due, will be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.
11.7. The processing time for a refund will depend on the circumstances and the relevant payment provider. We will communicate applicable timelines and will not use third-party processing delays to remove any statutory entitlement.
11.8. We may reject a claim where reasonable evidence establishes that it is fraudulent, abusive or not covered by the applicable policy or law. Any rejection should be based on the facts of the claim and communicated appropriately.
11.9. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer’s right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
12.1. Promotional offers, discounts, bundles, coupon codes and complimentary gifts may be subject to separate terms displayed with the relevant offer.
12.2. Any eligibility criteria, validity period, minimum purchase requirement, product exclusions or other material conditions will be disclosed as required by law.
12.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
12.4. We may withdraw or amend a promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law and any commitments already binding on us.
12.5. We may investigate suspected misuse, manipulation or fraudulent use of a promotion. Any cancellation of an order on that basis must be reasonable and consistent with applicable law.
12.6. We will not rely on promotional conditions that were hidden, materially ambiguous or improperly disclosed to defeat a customer’s legal rights.
13.1. Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including the Inno Ayurved brand presentation, logos, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, designs and other materials—are owned by or lawfully licensed to the relevant rights holder.
13.2. Subject to applicable law, you may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
13.3. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative works from our protected materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13.4. You must not use our brand name, logo, product photographs or content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, authorisation, endorsement or sponsorship.
13.5. Nothing in this section claims ownership of third-party trademarks, licensed materials or other content belonging to their respective rights holders.
13.6. If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at Innoayurved@gmail.com with the relevant details and supporting documents.
You must not use the website to:
a. engage in fraud, impersonation, deception or unlawful activity;
b. submit false order details or knowingly provide misleading information;
c. attempt unauthorised access to website systems, customer accounts or administrative functions;
d. introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful software;
e. interfere with website security, functionality or availability;
f. scrape, harvest or collect customer information without authorisation;
g. misuse promotional offers, payment systems or refund procedures;
h. infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
i. publish unlawful, defamatory, threatening or otherwise prohibited material through website features; or
j. undertake any activity that violates applicable law.
We may take proportionate steps to investigate and address suspected misuse, including restricting access, cancelling unlawful transactions where legally permitted and reporting suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.
Nothing in this section permits arbitrary discrimination or the denial of mandatory consumer rights.
15.1. If the website permits account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
15.2. You should notify us promptly if you suspect that your account or order information has been compromised.
15.3. We may send transactional communications relating to order confirmation, payment, shipping, delivery, refunds, customer service and other matters necessary to complete or administer a transaction.
15.4. Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the customer’s preferences and relevant consent requirements.
15.5. Customers should use our published contact channels for genuine customer-support enquiries. We may decline to engage with abusive or threatening communications in an unreasonable manner, while preserving appropriate channels for legitimate complaints and legal notices.
16.1. Our collection, use, disclosure, retention and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
16.2. Personal information may be processed where necessary for lawful purposes such as order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and other purposes properly disclosed to customers.
16.3. Information may be shared with relevant service providers, such as payment gateways, logistics partners, website-hosting providers and customer-support systems, to the extent permitted by applicable law and necessary for the disclosed purposes.
16.4. We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including requirements concerning notice, consent where applicable, security safeguards and the exercise of data-principal rights.
16.5. Customers should refer to the Privacy Policy for information about applicable rights, contact procedures and available choices.
16.6. Nothing in these Terms constitutes blanket consent to unrelated data processing or permits the use of personal information contrary to applicable law.
17.1. The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment gateways, courier tracking services, social-media platforms or other services.
17.2. Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
17.3. We do not control the independent content or operations of third-party websites. However, this does not exclude any responsibility we may have under law for our own representations, conduct, selection of services or obligations relating to the transaction.
17.4. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using external services.
18.1. We aim to keep the website available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
18.2. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, hosting issues, connectivity problems or other operational circumstances.
18.3. We may maintain, update or modify website features when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.
18.4. If a technical error materially affects an order, payment or product listing, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue, including communicating with affected customers where appropriate.
18.5. Nothing in this section excuses a failure to provide a legally required refund, remedy, disclosure or other consumer protection.
19.1. If you believe a product is defective, contaminated, damaged, incorrectly labelled, expired or associated with an unexpected adverse reaction, please stop using it where appropriate and contact us promptly.
19.2. Please provide the product name, order number, batch number where available, purchase details, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or other reasonable supporting information.
19.3. We may request that a product or its packaging be retained or returned for inspection, where lawful and appropriate. Customers should not send potentially hazardous materials without our instructions.
19.4. We may investigate the issue, contact the manufacturer or supplier where relevant, review batch information and take appropriate corrective steps.
19.5. Where a safety concern warrants regulatory reporting, product withdrawal, recall or other corrective action, we will take the steps required by applicable law.
19.6. We will assess each complaint fairly and provide an appropriate response or remedy where required by law or our published policies.
19.7. Customers should seek urgent medical attention where an adverse reaction appears severe. Contacting customer support is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
20.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inno Ayurved shall not be liable for losses that are remote, indirect or not reasonably foreseeable and that are not otherwise recoverable under applicable law.
20.2. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from a customer’s misuse of a product contrary to its supplied instructions, deliberate alteration of the product, or use for an unauthorised purpose, to the extent that such conduct caused the loss.
20.3. We are not responsible for a customer’s failure to provide accurate delivery details or to follow reasonable delivery instructions, to the extent that the failure directly caused the relevant loss and applicable law permits the relevant allocation of responsibility.
20.4. We do not warrant that every product will achieve a particular personal or aesthetic outcome unless such a warranty is expressly and lawfully given.
20.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable statutory consumer remedies and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for defective or unsafe products, fraud, wilful misconduct or other legally protected matters.
20.6. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted narrowly and only to the extent enforceable under applicable law. These Terms do not prevent a consumer from seeking a remedy through an appropriate court, consumer commission or other competent authority.
21.1. To the extent permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for direct losses, costs or liabilities reasonably incurred by Inno Ayurved as a result of the customer’s proven unlawful conduct, fraud, deliberate misuse of the website or infringement of third-party rights.
21.2. This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Inno Ayurved for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of statutory duty, defective products or other matters for which responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred to the customer.
21.3. Any indemnity claim must be proportionate to the actual loss and supported by reasonable evidence.
22.1. We will not be responsible for a delay caused by an extraordinary event beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government restriction, major transport disruption or widespread infrastructure failure, to the extent recognised by applicable law.
22.2. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and communicate material delays where appropriate.
22.3. A force majeure event does not automatically extinguish payment-refund obligations, consumer remedies or other obligations that remain applicable under law.
23.1. We may restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate suspected fraud, address unlawful conduct or comply with a legal requirement.
23.2. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will provide an explanation of material restrictions and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
23.3. Suspension of website access does not extinguish accrued rights, confirmed refund obligations or statutory consumer rights.
23.4. Any termination of an account or restriction on use must be implemented consistently with applicable law and any contractual commitments already made.
24.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
24.2. If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact us first at Innoayurved@gmail.com or 9763183677 so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
24.3. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching the appropriate consumer commission, court, regulator or other authority where permitted by law.
24.4. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums and authorities, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where legally appropriate.
24.5. Nothing in this section restricts a consumer’s statutory right to pursue proceedings before a forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
25.1. We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in our business operations, products, website functionality, policies or applicable law.
25.2. The revised version will be published on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
25.3. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
25.4. Changes will generally apply prospectively. An update will not automatically modify an already accepted order or retrospectively remove a right that has accrued to a customer.
25.5. Customers should review the current Terms before placing a new order.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible. The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent that they can operate lawfully and consistently with the parties’ rights.
A failure or delay by Inno Ayurved in exercising a contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances in which it is given.
28.1. These Terms, together with the applicable policies, checkout disclosures and product-specific information, govern the relationship between Inno Ayurved and the customer in relation to use of the website and online purchases.
28.2. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
28.3. If a specific order confirmation or product-specific disclosure expressly provides a lawful term for that transaction, it will be read together with these Terms.
28.4. No provision of this section is intended to remove a statutory right or remedy available to a customer.

Where applicable under Indian e-commerce law, the designated grievance officer’s name and contact details, complaint acknowledgement procedure and prescribed resolution timelines must be displayed and maintained in accordance with the applicable requirements. The business should formally designate the appropriate person rather than assume that a general customer-care contact automatically satisfies every legal requirement.
By placing an order through the INNOAYURVED website, the customer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and the applicable product information, shipping terms, payment details, cancellation provisions and return/refund policy.
This acknowledgement does not constitute a waiver of statutory rights, nor does it validate any term that is prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.
